For whole ginseng roots:
Please re-seal the packaging and store in a dark, cool, and dry area to preserve the quality. The roots can be stored for approximately three (3) years.

For ginseng slices and powder:
Please re-seal the packaging and keep in a dark, cool, and dry area. To preserve the quality for longer, it can be frozen for approximately eight (8) months.
how to COnsume
In most cases, three (3) grams of ginseng is consumed for each use.
Ginseng can be consumed in many different ways:

Raw ginseng slices can be sucked on and then chewed.

Both ginseng slices and powder can be steeped as a tea:

Soak for five (5) minutes then consume, or
-
Boiled to make a tea.

Whole ginseng roots can be used to cook meat stew, or soaked in wine to make an extract.
Please keep in mind
It is shown that ginseng may interact with herbal products, medication and foods, including caffeine, alcohol, antidepressants, tea and radish. Please be aware that the above list is not exhaustive. If you have consumed ginseng in the past two to three (2-3) days, please be mindful before consuming any of the above.

In addition, if you suffer from the following conditions, it is highly recommended that you do not consume ginseng: diarrhea, ginseng allergies, or spleen deficiency.
